Privacy Policy: Floreal Invites assistant

Floreal Invites uses a private assistant to help its team answer customer messages on Instagram and WhatsApp. It is not offered to anyone else.

What it accesses

• Messages customers send to Floreal Invites' Instagram account and WhatsApp number, including photos and voice notes, so the team can reply.
• Public profile names of people who message us.

How data is used and stored

• Messages are used only to draft replies, which a Floreal team member checks before anything is sent.
• Data is stored on a server controlled by Floreal Invites, readable only by the assistant's own service account.
• Message content may be processed by an AI model provider (Anthropic) solely to draft replies.
• Drafts are shown to our team in a private Telegram group, where a team member approves them.
• Data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone else.

Deletion

Message us on Instagram or WhatsApp and ask, and we will delete your messages from the assistant.
